Who Eats The Most?
Ever wondered who eats the most chocolate? My husband thinks its me, but he’s wrong. In fact, as a Canadian I don’t even make the list. No, as it turns out I have a long way to go to catch up with the Swiss. They eat a whopping 22.36 pounds of chocolate per capita per year. That’s 52,000 calories, probably not a good thing, but 700 grams of protein, a good thing. When it comes to chocolate consumption it is always best to just concentrate on the good things.
Austrians eat 20.13 pounds per year while those feisty Irish eat 19.47 pounds. Canada doesn’t even make the list of the top ten at 14.77 pounds per person. Well, I must admit I have a certain competitive streak and I will do my best to get us into that top ten. Can you help?
