How to Eat Chocolate
I’ll bet you thought you already knew how to eat chocolate. I know I did. After all, I’ve had years of practise, eating chocolate whenever I get the chance. Come to think of it, I’ve eaten it in many different ways. Sometimes I just can’t get enough, and I devour the chocolate quickly. Other times I am more patient, and I let it melt in my mouth. But it turns out the latter method is better than the former, according to the chocolate eating experts.
Apparently, chocolate should always be eaten at room temperature. Keeping chocolate in the fridge will make it harder to you to taste its flavours. Then, just like tasting wine, you should sniff it first (try doing this in a crowd, they’ll think you’re a little whacked). Bite off a good sized chunk and hold it in your mouth until it begins to melt. This brings it to the right temperature to release all those previously mentioned flavours. Finally, you can chew and enjoy. And now, after all these years, you know how to eat chocolate.
