This is an older video that has circulated around, but if you haven’t seen it, The Story of Chocolate is a wonderful 15 minute exploration of how “the food of the gods” is made. This video was produced by the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), and is absolutely a must-see. I wish they would make this embeddable, but make the effort to watch - it is so interesting and will make you love chocolate even more (if this is possible)!
