Peanut Butter Chocolate Drops
4 ounces (squares) unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
2 cups granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, lightly beaten with a fork
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips

I’ll be the first to admit that doesn’t look terribly appetizing. Even knowing that it’s all chocolate (the pasta, chocolate sauce, and a little scoop of thyme ice cream on top) doesn’t help much, but you know I’d try it!
