The Shockolate Vault

This is the Shockolate Vault and believe it or not it’s being sold as a “dietary aid!”
You’re supposed to set the timer in the lid for how long you think you can go without chocolate (up to 24 hours, and you can use it for other treats) and then stay away or receive a […]

Anyway, I came across these quick videos on how to […]

Chocolate Creme Egg Demise(s)

I’m not sure if these are actual Cadbury Chocolate Creme Egg commercials (they look like it) but they’re hilarious!
The video above has several small clips of chocolate creme eggs that do themselves in, and there are a bunch more under the cut below! Which one is your favorite?

Sucré: A Sweet Boutique

I was fortunate enough to get an invitation in my email not too long ago to try some chocolates from Sucré in New Orleans. They’ve been sitting on my desk since they showed up because I’ve had a head cold but that’s finally gone so a quick thanks to Blake for his patience! Now on […]

Green Chocolate Dip

I know, that does not sound too appetizing. This was originally intended for a Halloween party, but there’s absolutely no reason it can’t be used for a St. Patrick’s Day party too! This comes from an episode of Easy Entertaining with Michael Chiarello on the Food Network.
Green Chocolate Slimedoo
2 cups heavy cream
2 ounces sugar
2 ounces […]

Winners of the Wildly Cherry M&M’s

Below are the winners of the Wildly Cherry M&M’s! If I don’t hear from a winner within the next 24 hours or they live outside the U.S. (I did get a few of those!), I will redraw tomorrow and update here.
I used a random number generator for the drawing so, without further ado:

Pasta For Dessert: Chocolate Tagliatelle

I’ll be the first to admit that doesn’t look terribly appetizing. Even knowing that it’s all chocolate (the pasta, chocolate sauce, and a little scoop of thyme ice cream on top) doesn’t help much, but you know I’d try it!
FXcuisine.com has a fantastic, hi-res, step-by-step post on how to make your own chocolate pasta. […]
