Chocolate Bytes: For the Love of Chocolate

I made my chocolate zucchini cake over the weekend for Father’s Day and got some pictures before it disappeared. Enjoy ;)

You really can’t even see the zucchini once it’s out of the oven. More than anything it just adds a very light nutty taste and a lot of moisture.

hey Heather - I love following your recipes and posts, and they make me really crave badly for chocolates these days.
I do have one request - would you feature allergy-free chocolate recipes and resources once in a while. my daughter’s allergic to milk and eggs but she loves chocolates so I’m always looking for her ‘happy-fix.’
