A Magazine Just About Chocolate
There are a lot of magazines out there about food in general, and some just about desserts. But I have come across very few that are just about chocolate. Such is the case, though, with Cocoaroma magazine.


Cocoaroma is aimed at chocolate connoisseurs. These are not simple chocolate lovers. Connoisseurs are those who know and understand all aspects of chocolate, from the processes it goes through from crop to product, to the different types of cocao beans to the different flavours chocolate making can arrive at.
The magazine looks like it is published a little sporadically. Since its inception in January of 2005, there have only been four issues. One can only assume the staff is busy consuming chocolate in the meantime.
